Parent Broadcast 10-28-07 Picture retakes on Tuesday, Oct 30. Must have returned bad pictures to have retakes made. Breakfast with the Principal on Tuesday, Oct. 30. All A's on the report card and by invitation only. Casual dress for this day for anyone who achieves this honor. Refer to the handbook for proper casual dress day apparel. Halloween costume parade and parties are on Wednesday, Oct. 31, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Students may change into their costumes about 1:30 p.m., but must change back into their uniforms before they can ride the bus home or go to daycare. Thanksgiving Food Drive begins on Thursday, Nov. 1. A list of items that each class is to bring will go home in the Cardinal Flyer Tuesday. If you need information on the food drive, please call the office. School Mass will be on Thursday, Nov. 1 for All Saints Day. No school mass on Friday of this week. Thursday, Nov. 1 is also CCU T-shirt Day. Students may wear their CCU shirt with the regular uniform bottoms. The credit union opens at 8 a.m. for deposits. The last 6th grade girls basketball game is on Thursday, November 8, at 6:45 p.m. in the Ott Center. We are going to call this senior night for any 6th grade participant in any sport or spirit activity. Parents are asked to come to this game as a small presentation will be made to all 6th grade participants. As always, everyone is invited and encouraged to come out and support the Athletic Assoc. and watch the games. 4th and 5th grade girls basketball has just completed a great season. Thank you to everyone who came and supported the teams this year. Parent Broadcast 10-21-07 Oct. 30 - Picture retakes. You must return the old pictures before they will do retakes. If you do not have them they will not retake the picture. Oct. 30 - Breakfast with the Principal (all A's on the report card) Oct. 15 - Maintenance fees were due $175. If you have not paid this, please call Mrs. Connie Thompson. Oct. 19 - Regular Mass Oct. 26 - Honors Mass & Harvest Awards Oct. 24 - Students that have received a letter from the librarian about Accelerated Reader eligibility will have jeans day. All signed report card envelopes should be returned to the teacher by now. Parents keep the report card only. Please remember to check the web site for important dates and information.
