ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS

A number of organizations which have membership throughout the world have an affiliated group here at St. Isidore, and their ministry is very important.

CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS OF AMERICA

Court St. Jude 1764 is St. Isidore’s local chapter of this international organization for Catholic women.  The Catholic Daughters perform invaluable service for St. Isidore, and in the local and national programs of the organization itself.

At the same time, the Court offers fellowship for Catholic women and spiritual opportunities for its members to live their faith more deeply.  The Regent of Court 1764 is Connie Herrin.

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS

Council 4085 dedicated to Our Mother of Perpetual Help is St. Isidore’s local chapter of men who are such an active part of the international organization. Weekly meetings foster brotherhood among the members.

KC members are helpful in so many parts of the life of St. Isidore, and in the service projects of the organization as a whole. Many local projects are cooperative with other local KC Councils.  The Grand Knight is Ivan Shuff. Dolly Fugarino assumes that office in July 2002 to serve through next June.

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS AUXILIARY

This organization of Catholic women, many but not exclusively spouses of KC members, both assists the KC Council in its service projects, and also engages in a number of its own service projects to benefit the parish and the community.  The President of the local chapter is Emily Stein.
